المجلس الاوروبي للمواطنة (باريس) يدين تفجير "نيس"

Condemn NICE terrorist Act; To Intensify more Cooperation with 

States on Counter-Terrorism in the Middle East /

أعلن المكتب الإعلامي في المجلس الأوروبي للمواطنة والذي يتَخذ من العاصمة الفرنسية "باريس" مقرّاً له، وبعد مشاورات هاتفية بين رئيس المجلس للمواطنة في فرنسا "جان إيف ميتايي روبس" والمفوّض الأعلى للعلاقات الخارجية السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد الذي أبرق بدوره إلى رئيس الإتحاد الأوروبي "جان كلود جانكر"، أدانا فيها العمل الإرهابي الأخير في "نيس" الفرنسية. 

وأضاف مكتب السفير ابو سعيد أنّ الرسالة طالبت رئيس الاتحاد الأوروبي "جانكر" بوجوب التخلي عن الحسابات الخاصة والتنسيق بشكل صحيح وفقا للأصول المتبعة مع الدول التي تعاني على ارضها من هذا التكفير الذي لا يرقى الى النهج والشرعة الانسانية. وفي سياق منفصل رأى السفير ابو سعيد ان من خلق هذا الوحش الداعشي عليه ان يتحمل المسؤولية كاملا وتبعات وعواقب أعماله، وان المجتمعات الدولية لا يمكن ان ترضى بذلك، والحكومات الاوروبية التي لا تمضي بإجراءات صارمة لا يمكن لها ان تستمر. المطلوب اليوم من تلك الحكومات الاوروبية قرارات حاسمة وعلى مستوى المرحلة، والاستماع الى الدول التي لها باع طويل في الشرق الاوسط من اجل وضع استراتيجية دفاع مشترك امام هذه المجموعات التكفيرية.

 وختم البيان بالاستنكار لمحاولة الانقلاب التي تعرضت له "أنقرة" في الامس وعلى السلطات ان تنظر بجدّ الى شريحة كبيرة لمطالب الشعب الذي خرج في الشوارع داعيا الى فتح حوار حقيقي بين كل المكونات التركية.

Condemn NICE terrorist Act
Information Office of the European Citizen Congregation based in the  French capital,
"Paris" announced, after a communication between the President of the Council in France, "Jean-Yves Matayer Robbes" and the High Commissioner for External Relations, Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said, who in turn sent a telegram to the President of the European Union. " Jean-Claude Juncker, " and condemned the recent terrorist act in " Nice " France.

Ambassador Bou-Said added that the letter demanded the head of the European Union, "Juncker" should abandoned and take special coordination measurements properly and duly followed with countries that suffer and run from this penance, which does not care to approach human tights. 

On the other hands, Ambassador Abu Said revealed that those who created this monster “ISIS” has to bear full responsibility and consequences of  their actions as the international community can not accept and tolerate that. European governments that do not go into strict procedures cannot continue its work properly. 

What is needed nowadays from European governments in this crucial period  strong decisions at this level and stage,. Theu should start listening to countries that have a long tradition experience in the Middle East in order to develop a common defense strategy against the Takfiri groups.

 The statement concluded denunciation of the coup attempt that hit  "Ankara" yesterday and the authorities should look hard into a large slice into the demands of the people who went out in the streets, calling for opening a genuine dialogue between all Turkish ingredients.
